I recently met up with my fiend and neighbor, Ashton Wharton, to film a short documentary style portrait of him and his oil paintings. This was all filmed and edited by yours truly using the beautiful Black Magic Pocket Cinema Camera.
Enjoy.

Let me know if you have any questions...
Took my new BMPCC for another spin today. Just getting used to the form factor and button configuration.
I filmed using ISO 200, 400, 800 and 1600. There's quite a bit of noise in a lot of these images. But for the most part, it doesn't really bother me too much. I'm sure the color correction and grade had a lot to do with the shadow noise. I'm still getting used to Premiere CC's new color correcting panel, and I've never dealt with a flat film profile before this camera too, so... yeah.
Shoutout to Tony and James... word up.
